Real Time Detention offers complete corrections facility support services. We offer as standard practice a number of services designed to help facility personnel with their equipment needs. We perform site evaluations on the condition of equipment in order to establish replacement needs and costs. In those instances where maintenance or repairs are required, we have a dedicated group of contractors to whom we can make referrals.
For products which serve daily needs – such as new mattresses or additional seating or tables – Real Time Detention acts as a conduit for the owner in helping structure RFPs for replacement material, processing purchase orders with the factories, expediting material, and coordinating furniture installation.
